Training workshop on enriching soft skills of undergraduate students

The training workshop on Enriching Soft Skills of undergraduate Students was organized by the Department of Human Resource Management under AHEAD project on 19th, 20th and 26th of April, 2021 to the third and final year Human resource management specialization students. Prof.Sri Kandaiah has given opening remarks and encouraged participants to listen the workshop carefully to be a better person in all the ways. The topics included personal effectiveness, Flourish, Self-Discipline, Self- Motivation and Performance, Personal Vision, SWOT, preparing for interview and anger management. This workshop was organized under activity 2.1- Enriching Soft Skills of undergraduate Students (Soft Skill Development Workshop to Students).
