Ms. Jasintha Nirojan, Senior Lecturer Gr-II, and Ms.Renusha Mithulan, Senior Lecturer Gr-II participated in a residential workshop at Bankers Institute, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India from 5th of August to 15th of August on ‘Creating High-Performance Working Organizations’ organized by the collaboration of Indian Embassy, Indian Foreign Affairs Ministry along with Consular office. This workshop aimed to create cohesion in the workplace and build teamwork. The program participants were senior-level officials from foreign countries working in government, universities, banks, NGOs, MFIs, and other institutions concerned with communities. The program emphasized effective leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
