Workshop on personality and professional guidance was organized by the department of Human Resource Management on 12th and 13th of August 2024 in order to increase the capacity of our students from third year first and second semester HRM specialization. Prof.Sri Kandaih, a Professor from Southampton University, United Kingdom, and a winner of the Queens Award was the resource person for this workshop.This workshop has given the platform to the students to learn through personal experience sharing, Videos and forum discussions. This workshop highly focused on competing the job market through increased skills, knowledge and attitudes in order to get employability from the employer perspective. Students were benefited through the knowledge regarding personal development, flexibility in career transitions, enhanced counselling skills, practical understanding of assessment tools, effective counseling, boosting confidence and morale, and understanding people’s unique stories.
