Workshop on ‘Entrepreneurial experience sharing’ was organized by the department of Human Resource Management on, 29th th of August 2024 in order to inculcate the entrepreneurship to the third year Human Resource Management specialization students. Dr.Sabesan Sithamparanathan, founder and President of ‘PervasID’ from United Kingdom served as a resource person for this workshop. The students who participated were benefitted from entrepreneurial ideologies and this workshop was well helpful in understanding the real-world scenario to students regarding the business. He , in addition, aid the students in identification of niche and the generation of ideas which are related to Sri Lankan context. This workshop was conducted to aimed at brainwashing the importance of entrepreneurship among the undergraduate students.
