The workshops titled “Leadership Skills and Time Management” was conducted on January 24, 2024, for third-year HRM specialization students. The sessions were facilitated by Ms.S. Kalavathy, Director of Academic Affairs at the Asia Chartered Institute of Marketing, providing valuable insights into professional networking, effective teamwork, leadership development, and time management strategies. In Leadership and Time Management workshops, students develop essential skills to lead effectively, make strategic decisions, and manage their time efficiently. They learn goal setting, prioritization, delegation, and problem-solving techniques. Interactive games and activities, such as leadership role-playing, time management simulations, and decision-making challenges, enhance their ability to handle real-world scenarios. These exercises foster confidence, accountability, and adaptability, preparing students to manage responsibilities, lead teams, and achieve personal and professional success.
