The Department of Human Resource Management organized a workshop on Better Communication Skills on the 28th of August 2024 to increase our students’ capacity from third-year HRM specialization. Mr. Godwin Sabaratnathas, Senior banker from DFCC, philanthropist, and Toastmaster, has been conducting seminars, and workshops in various management aspects and served as a resource person for this workshop.
This workshop has given the platform to the students to learn through personal experience sharing and videos. This workshop helped the students to learn how to better relate to others, improving their behavior in personal and professional relationships. This workshop has promoted personal development, and rapid decision-making, and allows the students to completely explore their creativity through various types of communication.
