The workshops titled “Networking and Team Building” was conducted on January 17 a2024, for third-year HRM specialization students. The sessions were facilitated by Ms. S. Kalavathy, Director of Academic Affairs at the Asia Chartered Institute of Marketing, providing valuable insights into professional networking, effective teamwork, leadership development, and time management strategies. In Networking and team-building workshops, students learn how to establish professional relationships, enhance communication, and collaborate effectively in teams. They develop leadership, conflict resolution, and trust-building skills essential for workplace success. Interactive games and activities, such as problem-solving challenges, role-playing, and icebreakers, reinforce teamwork, adaptability, and decision-making. These exercises help students experience real-world dynamics, improve cooperation, and build confidence in networking, preparing them for professional environments and career growth.
