The workshop on “Knowing your Destination” for HRM specialization third-year students, held on Thursday, 22nd February 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, promises to be an insightful journey guided by the HRM Department Professional Development Team 1. Senior Lecturers Mrs. R. Maithily, Mrs. T. ThasikaMrs. N. Jesintha, and, Mrs. M. Renusha, have strategically organized the agenda to provide a comprehensive understanding of career development. Mrs. R. Maithily Started the session with an introduction, setting the tone for the workshop. Following this, Mrs. M. Renusha and Mrs. N. Jesintha delved into the Hierarchy of Objectives, shedding light on the structured path toward career goals. Mrs. T. Thasika then explained the Characteristics of Objectives, emphasizing the essential qualities that contribute to successful career planning.
The workshop culminated in individual presentations by the participants, a valuable opportunity for them to showcase their insights and goals. These presentations were diligently assessed by Mrs.T.Sivaskaran and panelists, ensuring a constructive learning experience for all attendees.
